about me

My joy is creating compelling businesses and products for consumers around the world, and strengthening organizations and leaders. I have consulted for many different consumer internet companies and agencies in research, marketing and strategy leadership roles.

I also have deep experience in the nonprofit, foundation, and political sectors. Besides leading a national nonprofit organization, I have led board-level and senior executive strategic planning efforts, directed major national events, and managed organizational change for many different clients. 

I started my career in Washington, DC -- first in political campaigns and then marketing for several national nonprofit organizations. 

Community Leadership

I'm currently a Co-Leader of a Stanford Business School Women's Circle, composed of alumnae of all different ages and classes seeking growth, support and change in their lives.

I served on the board of Watermark (formerly Forum for Women Entrepreneurs) and Volunteer Match as both organizations were forming and growing. I'm so proud that both are thriving.

At the age of 22, I ran for and was elected to, local political office in Washington, D.C. More recently, I was selected to participate in Leadership San Francisco with 50 other leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
