Who is your target market, and how big is it? What do your target customers feel, think, and do? How do they engage with your product, service or category (awareness, usage, preferences)? What are their unmet needs? Are they satisfied with how things are going now, or are they likely to seek alternatives? What do they think of your company, product or service?
How should you talk with your target market? How should you reach them? What's the right marketing approach? Is your brand the best that it can be? What's an appropriate marketing budget and team, and how should resources be allocated? What type of marketing activities should you focus on? How can you effectively execute on them?
Are you and your team members as effective and fulfilled as you can be? What's holding you or team members back? How can you identify not only goals and measures of success but also obstacles and challenges? How can you do all of this in a way that feels authentic and inspiring?
